Seneca County Housing Needs Assessment 2023
The FLRLBC Operational Plan was completed a few months after the release of the Seneca County Housing Needs Assessment in 2023 and includes overlapping recommendations for housing development. The operational plan goes further than the assessment in describing the the ground issues of developing new housing in Seneca County.
