Request for Proposals: Purchase and Redevelop 108 Mynderse Street, Seneca Falls
/FLRLBC owns the vacant property located at 108 Myderse Street in the Town of Seneca Falls, NY. FLRLBC’s mission is to return vacant, blighted, and tax abandoned properties to a productive use that aligns with local priorities. To that end, FLRLBC is seeking proposals for the purchase of 108 Mynderse Street and for the construction of a single-family house. The goal of this RFP is to identify a qualified developer or purchaser with the means and experience to build a house and then either occupy as the homeowner, rent, or sell on the open market . The property will be conveyed “as-is” to the successful proposer. The purchaser of this property does not need to be a Seneca County resident.
