Request for Proposals for Property Stabilization Services - 19 Locust St, Waterloo
/The Finger Lakes Regional Land Bank Corporation (“Land Bank”) is seeking written proposals for multiple services required to stabilize and secure the vacant property located at 19 Locust Street, Waterloo. The property is approximately .36 acres and includes a 3,765 square foot house and two outbuildings. Required service areas include the following:
Property cleanout and junk removal
Brush and overgrowth removal
Pest treatment
Tarping for the back porch roof

Interested contractors should submit proposals by September 21, 2026 at 12pm.
